The coffee blending process, just like tobacco or barley, derives from old times and today it has reached industrial levels in accordance with specific and strict quality standards. The coffee bean is roasted by being exposed to high temperatures for about 15-20 minutes.
Our blends of roasted coffee, which come in a wide variety, derive from the roasting process: Moka, Gusto Deciso, Espresso Italiano, Fior di Caffè, Macinato and De Cuore.
The roasting process is carried out in our factories in the Province of Brescia, with all the Italian love for coffee.
