 Bend made of various kinds of Arabica reaching high levels for fineness and sweetness, thanks to the significant presence of the best Arabica Lavate (washed) . Slightly acidulous,there is still a soft and balanced sentor in virtue of the grade of roasting medium/intense and the wise dosage of precious natural Brazilian coffee.
 
Sensory Profile
CREAM:hazel  tending to red with lighter striations typical of the best quality arabica:The persistence of the cream is excellent , medium consistency. The texture of the cream is fine, particular that makes the surface extremely  velvety
Aroma:particularly intense and pleasant, flowery and fruity.
FLAVOUR:balanced, tending to sweet.
BODY:soft round with a tactile balance medium/high level.
AFTERTASTE: good persistence , with hints of flower, citrus and spicy.
COLOUR: Dark brown (Italian Tuscany)
