Blend COMPOSED OF 100%of various kinds of Arabica, high level of fineness and sweetness, thanks to the significant presence of the best arabica. Slightly acidulous, nevertheless soft and balanced in virtue of the grade of roasting  medium/intense and of the wise dosing of the naturally precious Brazilian  coffee.
 
Sensory profile
CREAM: hazel  tending to red with lighter striations typical of the best quality arabica:The persistence of the cream is excellent , medium consistency. The texture of the cream is fine, particular that makes the surface extremely  velvety.
AROMA: particularly intense and pleasant, flowery and fruity.
FLAVOUR: balanced, tending to sweet
BODY: soft round with a tactile balance medium/high level.
AFTERTASTE: Good persistence , with hints of flower, citrus and spicy.
COLOUR: Dark Brown (Italian Tuscany)
